We work with logistics providers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

- Other Locations in India: 3–5 business days.
- Remote & Interior Areas: 5–8 business days.

3. Shipping Charges & Transit Insurance

5. Delivery Address & Security
- Accurate Information: Please provide your complete delivery address, including your house or flat number, street, landmark, PIN code, and a valid mobile number.
- Address Changes: Once an order has been dispatched, delivery address changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address before dispatch.
- Failed Deliveries: Incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in delays or the shipment being returned to us. Any applicable additional shipping or return charges will be communicated to the customer where relevant.
6. Transit Damage, Tampering & Missing Items
We take care to package your jewellery securely before dispatch.
- Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If the parcel appears open, tampered with, severely damaged, or resealed, please document the condition and contact our support team immediately. Where possible, report the issue to the delivery personnel before accepting the parcel.
- Unboxing Video: For claims involving missing, incorrect, or damaged items, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited video showing the sealed outer package, the opening process, and the contents received. This helps us investigate the issue.
- Reporting Timeframe: Please report any delivery discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs, the unboxing video if available, and your order details.
- Claim Review: Each report will be reviewed based on the available evidence and applicable consumer protection requirements. Please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
